Recently the International Training Management Tool (ITMT) system has been updated the e-certificate sub-system, more details please check below:

• Training booked by trainee: After complete the training, pass the exam and finish payment, trainee will receive the e-certificate automatically via mail from: noreply@vdachina.com.cn, participant can query/download the existing e-certificate through the “Certificate Documents” under theirown account

• Training booked by HR or other person in charge (the booker): After the trainee complete the training, pass the exam and finish payment. Both the booker and trainee's email will receive the e-certificate automatically via mail from: noreply@vdachina.com.cn 

• For e-certificate with wrong name and/or date of birth, please contact our staff to correct
